My recent stay at Holiday Suites Al Azizia was a mixed experience. the staff were very good and respectful, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit. the shuttle service to Hajj was convenient and reliable. The room itself was spacious and quiet, allowing for a comfortable stay. This was quickly rectified with an additional charge for extra beds. The hotel surroundings were bustling with shops and dining options, providing a vibrant atmosphere. the breakfast offered was satisfying, setting a good tone for the day ahead. Despite minor inconveniences like a water leakage in the bathroom and occasional delays with the shuttle service, the overall experience was positive. In conclusion, Holiday Suites Al Azizia offers a convenient location, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms, making it a suitable choice for travelers looking for a well-rounded stay near Makkah.
